Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso who is the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has identified those responsible for the biggest problem confronting Nigeria.
Kwankwaso made this disclosure yesterday while speaking about his vision for Nigeria at Chatham House.
He also pointed out that NNPP is the only party that penetrated the grassroots.
Kwankwaso said his party is working to penetrate the Southern part of the country.

According to Kwankwaso: ‘Forget about the big people, who are actually the problem of our country.
‘In Northern Nigeria today in terms of votes and support. Now we are working in the Southern part of the country.’
The former governor of Kano State also gave more details as to why a proposed merger with Labour Party, LP, and its presidential candidate didn’t work out.
Speaking at the Chatham House in London on Wednesday, Kwankwaso claimed they couldn’t reach a compromise because LP was at the peak of the media hype.
He said: ‘On Labour Party, I was initially interested in working with them.
‘But at that time, they were at peak of the media hype and we couldn’t reach a compromise. Our party (NNPP) is a national party, and we’re commanding the support of the masses.’
Kwankwaso added: ‘If you have a party which is based on ethnicity and religion, that is the difference between the Labour party and our party, which is a national party, New Nigeria Peoples Party.’
Also belittled Labour Party (LP), alluding to it as a sectarian party ‘based on ethnicity and religion’.
Responding to a question about possibly stepping down for Peter Obi of LP, the former Kano State governor, who clearly found the line of questioning offensive, berated his opponent’s party, but not before taking aim at the audience member responsible.
