Eze: No President Has Been Fairer To Igbo Than Tinubu

Arthur Eze, CEO of Atlas Oranto Petroleum, has hailed President Bola Tinubu as a divine blessing for Nigeria, asserting that, unlike his predecessors, Tinubu has demonstrated an unparalleled fairness and respect towards the Igbo people.

He praised his leadership style, reform-driven governance, and commitment to national unity, describing him as Nigeria’s unifier, whose aim is not to make enemies.

“Tinubu has no enemies. He is a unifier. He speaks with humility and honesty; that’s why we admire him,” Eze said in an upcoming State House documentary marking President Tinubu’s second anniversary in office on May 29.

The Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, revealed excerpts of the documentary in a statement he signed Sunday titled ‘President Tinubu is God’s gift to Nigeria: Prince Arthur Eze.’

Eze said, “He [Tinubu] is not a man of division — whether Christian or Muslim, he respects all.”

He said President Tinubu exemplified the bold, God-ordained leadership Nigeria needs at this pivotal moment in history.

“God doesn’t make mistakes. That man, Tinubu, was created for a purpose. God gave him the power to change lives,” the oil magnate and philanthropist commented.

Drawing from his lived experience during the Nigerian Civil War and his enduring ties to the South-East, prominent oil magnate and philanthropist Arthur Eze has praised President Bola Tinubu for what he describes as a historic and transformative commitment to the region’s development and inclusion in national governance.

According to Eze, no administration in recent memory has demonstrated such deliberate engagement with the South-East. “President Tinubu has done what no one else has for our people,” he remarked. “He appointed a Minister of Works from our region, entrusted us with the Ministry of Science and Technology, and established the South-East Development Commission. These are not mere gestures—they are opportunities for true integration. It’s time the Igbo nation embraced this chance to stand in unity with the rest of Nigeria.”

Speaking on Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, Eze, now 76, expressed strong faith in the President’s leadership, commending his efforts to restore stability and rebuild public trust amid economic and political headwinds. He noted that Tinubu inherited a fragile national economy and a deeply polarized political environment, yet has shown “remarkable resolve and foresight in charting a path toward national recovery.”

“President Tinubu’s emergence was no accident,” Eze said. “I believe God has granted him the wisdom to reshape Nigeria—for the benefit of both this generation and those to come.”

He called on citizens to rally behind the President’s vision, emphasizing that collective support and unity are critical to sustaining progress. “What the President asks of us is simple: that we turn to God in prayer and work together as one people, for the future of this great nation.”

Eze concluded with a solemn invocation: “May God guide and strengthen President Tinubu. He has been entrusted with this responsibility, and I am confident He will help him see it through.”
