Coming from the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, who lamented the height of insecurity and poverty in the nation, he stressed that the All Progressive Congress has failed the citizens of the country, Nigeria.
Speaking on Christmas day in Ilorin via a radio Programme, the Senate President reacted to the hardship Nigerians have been subjected to this festive period.
In his speech , he wooed the people to vote out the present ruling party, APC and vote the candidate of PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the nation’s President.
In his words , he said “I’m in politics to serve my people. When I campaigned in 2015,I pledge to Nigerians that my former party, APC will address the issues of insecurity, unemployment and poverty but unfortunately the party has failed on all these three scorelines.”
