DR Congo Records 4 Deaths in the recent elections:- Eastern South-Kivu province in DR Congo records four deaths, a Police officer and an electoral officer in the recent Presidential elections.
The incident happened at a polling station in the Walungu area. As told by the Campaign director , Vital Kamehe, he confirmed that the crisis broke out when the electoral official was accused of an attempt to manipulate the vote to the advantage of Emmanuel Ramazini Shadary. In Kamerhe words “An agitated crowd started fighting with police. An officer was killed, which we deeply regret.”
