The stocks of GTBank, Transcorp, NAHCO, Chams and Zenith Bank attracted the highest trades on Friday, recording trades in 87.78 million shares valued at ₦1.4 billion.
The Nigeria Stock Market traded bullish as the all-share index upped 0.13% to close at 29,628.84 index points while the Equity market capitalisation closed at N15.261 trillion.
Top gainers
NEM Insurance led the gainers with 10% gain to close at N2.2 followed by Beta Glass Plc which gained 9.55% to close at N70. Honeywell Flour Mill gained 9.26% to close at N1.18 and Linkage Assurance gained 9.09% to close at N0.48 while Julius Berger Plc rounded off the list with 7.5% gain to close at N21.5.
Top losers
Unilever Nigeria Plc led the decliners with 9.77% loss to close at N17.55 followed by NCR Plc, which dipped 9.32% to close at N3.31. ABC Transport loss 8.89% to close at N0.41. Unity bank Plc recorded 8.7% loss to close at N0.63 while Neimeth Pharmaceuticals rounded off the list with a 7.84% loss to close at N0.47.

Top trades by volume
GTBank attracted the highest trades of shares, having recorded trades in 34.31 million shares at N1.1 billion across 324 deals. NAHCO followed with trades in 15.93 million units of shares valued at N38.34 million across 67 deals.
Transnational Corporation traded in 15.05 million units of shares at N15.56 million across 96 deals, Chams Plc traded 11.45 million shares at N3.87 million across 35 deals while Zenith bank capped the list with 11.04 million shares at N242.24 million across 388 deals.
