What is fear? Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm and sadly so many persons are ruled by it. They are governed by the ugly voice of fear that gives them a contrary definition of who are they. They have been enslaved to the extent that they begin to believe and live the script of the echoes they hear.
Fear is an attack on your mind and your sanity and it is very important that you guide against its darts and fight for your mind and sanity. Refuse to be subject to the cribbing effects of fear!
The purpose of fear is not to have a date with you but to destroy, maim and kill you. It is important that you fight and be vicious with your punches. No fear is a friend! It is your enemy.
Work on the insecurities and inabilities you have and refuse to wallow in regret and self-pity. Sit on your fear and never make it a pet.

Look inwards and tell yourself the truth:
Are there things in your life that makes you insecure?
There are things about you that you are ashamed of?
The antidote is to make a deliberate attempt to work on yourself and not hide behind your fears. Start the journey of making yourself the best version of who you would like to be.
Do not be shy or uncomfortable when you make your baby steps. Do not be discouraged by the initial mistakes or error, keep fighting. Remember, you are fighting for your life, so fight with all you have.
