Boluwatife “Tife” Balogun, Wizkid’s 14-year-old son, stirs excitement online after posting a confident rap video that hints at his first-ever single.

The son of global Afrobeats sensation Wizkid has ignited a wave of excitement across social media after teasing what appears to be his first-ever song.

Boluwatife Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Tife Balogun, shared a short video on Instagram on Sunday October 26, 2025, hinting at an upcoming debut single titled “Champion’s Arrival.” The clip, produced by Iamhosana_ and filmed by DIKASTUDIOS, shows the 14-year-old performing a bold rap verse brimming with youthful confidence.

“Shoutout to the OGs in the game, but it’s time to pass on the baton,” he raps, before declaring, “I’ve got zero competition.” The video quickly captured attention, drawing more than 30,000 likes and over 1,000 comments within hours.

Online reactions were swift and enthusiastic. Many users on X and Instagram praised Tife’s delivery and poise, with some saying he might be stepping into his father’s musical legacy.

“Shoutout to all the OGs in the game, but it’s time to pass on the baton to Champion,” wrote one user, #mubamz, echoing Tife’s lyrics and expressing admiration for his confidence.
