YouTuber Jack Doherty was arrested early Saturday in the Miami area on drug possession and related charges after police said he blocked traffic while filming content in the middle of the road, according to arrest documents cited by US media.
The 22-year-old influencer, known for viral prank videos and confrontational street interactions, was taken into custody after officers said he attempted to engage them while recording. A subsequent search allegedly uncovered half of an orange pill marked “3,” consistent with a Schedule II amphetamine, as well as three suspected cannabis cigarettes, the documents said.
According to the arrest report, Doherty was standing in the roadway with cameras rolling when officers approached. Police said he was obstructing traffic and continued filming despite warnings, prompting officers to detain him.
A search of his belongings followed, leading to the discovery of the suspected drugs. Authorities have not publicly released toxicology findings or confirmed lab results.
