Daniel Bwala, who is the spokesperson for the dissolved Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Council, has indicated that the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, will face expulsion from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in due course.
Bwala made this known on Thursday while speaking on a Channels Television programme, Politics Today which was monitored by Africa Today News, New York.
Wike had on Wednesday challenged the PDP to take any action against him through suspension or disciplinary measures if they could. He asserted that he had yet to encounter a party leader who possessed the authority to suspend or expel him from the PDP.
Bwala explained that their limited response to Wike’s statements stemmed from his inclination towards drama, which is widely recognised.

He emphasised that the quietness exhibited by the party is not an indication of weakness but a deliberate strategy. Bwala asserted that at the appropriate time, Wike would not just be suspended, but also ultimately expelled from the party.
‘Why we hardly react to what he (Wike) says is because he loves drama, everybody knows that,’ Bwala said.
‘The quietness of the party is not weakness…the party knows what it is doing. At the appropriate time, he (Wike) would not only be suspended but also expelled. Take that to the bank,’ he said.
Recall that Wike, had earlier dared the leadership of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to suspend or discipline him and see what will happen.
Wike, who spoke on a Channels Television’s Politics Today programme which was monitored by Africa Today News, New York on Wednesday, boasted that he has not seen the party chieftain who will suspend or expel him from the party.
‘Who will discipline me? I should be the one calling for the discipline of these people who violated the party’s constitution, in the way that the party supported rotation.
‘Who will suspend me? I want to dare anybody,’ Wike said.
The ex-governor said he informed PDP leadership before he took the ministerial offer of President Bola Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
