American rapper, Curtis Jackson popularly known as 50 Cent has dropped a hint the possibility of holding a concert in Nigeria for the second time in history almost two decades later.
The rapper, who recently announced his 2023 tour, ‘The Final Lap Tour,’ posted a picture of himself in traditional Nigerian attire, expressing his desire to perform in Nigeria again.
He posted on his Instagram handle, ‘The Final Lap tour has to go to Nigeria, before it ends. LOL #bransoncognac #lecheminduroi’
In 2004, 50 Cent held his first performance in Nigeria at the ‘Star Mega Jams’ concert.

While an official date is yet to be confirmed for the concert, music enthusiasts have shown excitement and expressed their eagerness for the event.

A Facebook user named Philongs for Christ, added, ‘Nigerians are waiting to receive you in a grand style! King 50 Cent we are gladly waiting!!’
In another report, a Chief Magistrate’s Court sitting in Sabo, Yaba, yesterday, remanded Abdulazeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley (32), and three others for alleged conspiracy in the murder of singer Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
Africa Today News, New York gathered that others remanded are Ogedengbe Fisayo (37), Ayobami Sadiq (27), and Samson Eletu, popularly known as Sam Larry (45).
The Chief Magistrate, Mrs. Adeola Olatubosun, ordered the remand for 21 days in the police State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, SCID, and adjourned the case until October 25.
The suspects should be allowed access to the doctors and solicitors of their choosing, she further ruled.
They are accused of conspiring to murder someone.
