Case File: The Plan
The 90-Day Natural Repair Plan
Long enough to reveal a real pattern; short enough to stop a couple drifting for a year. Ninety days with the tests running the whole time — and an exit door that never closes.
Every chapter in this volume has named a problem and a test. This one turns them into a plan a couple can actually follow — and it is built around a single, honest number. Ninety days is not magic; it is biology. It is roughly one full cycle of sperm production and about three ovulatory cycles, long enough for a genuine change in food, sleep, weight, heat, or habit to show up in the body, and short enough that a couple is not quietly surrendering a year to “just trying.” The plan’s whole discipline is to use that window well: to repair what can be repaired, measure from the first day, and refuse to let ninety days become nine hundred.
The most important rule comes before any of the lifestyle advice: the plan begins with measurement, not with a remedy. On day one, both partners establish a baseline — a semen analysis for him, a check of ovulation and cycle for her, and the whole-body numbers this volume has insisted on: glucose, blood pressure, weight, and a review of every medication and supplement. Only then does the repair begin, and it runs alongside the testing, never in place of it. This is the line that separates a real plan from the marketplace’s version: a fertility tea asks a couple to wait and hope; this plan asks them to measure, change, and re-measure. Hope is not a method. A baseline is.
