This is an opportunity for Africa to showcase its culture and tourism, it is rotated around African countries yearly would be a show worth looking up to in coming years. And at the same time build that connection between Africans, as well as show the world Africa is not all that the International media may portray it to be.

This is an opportunity to showcase Africa, build employment, build commerce, encourage African travels, build tourism, etc… but Africans would always be Africans.

Why name the show AFRICAN music Festival and not hold it in an African country.

Since it’s inception, it has never been held in any African country, at least even South Africa or Ghana.

In my opinion, taking it abroad already defeats the purpose of calling it African when in truth it should just have the pseudonym World-Music-Fest, or better still All-Black-Music-Fest to further generalize the purpose of hosting it abroad.

If you don’t promote your own, how do you even think the world would regard your own.
