Real Reason APC, Tinubu Will Win 2023 Elections – Akpabio

Ahead of next year’s general elections, former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Godswill Akpabio has explained why he believes that the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu will emerge victorious.

The former minister of Niger Delta affairs asserted that it is only the APC and Tinubu that have the required competence, capacity, and acceptance.

Akpabio who is the immediate former Minister of Niger Delta affairs, is the APC candidate for Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial District.

He spoke in Ukana on Sunday at a gathering of party members and supporters from the senatorial zone.

‘Go all out and campaign for all our candidates because the party has all it takes to win elections from the national to the states,’ Akpabio told them.

The politician went on to describe Tinubu as a flagbearer with records of good governance and performance to rule Nigeria.

Akpabio called the ex-Lagos helmsman “a tested and trusted leader’ who is going into the race as an achiever.’Presidential contest is for somebody with capacity to deliver and Asiwaju Tinubu represents that,’ he was quoted as saying.

Akpabio hailed President Muhammadu Buhari for the release of the kidnapped train passengers and the second Niger Bridge to be commissioned in December.

Meanwhile, ahead of next year’s general elections, the Leader Of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has claimed that the 2023 presidential election is between the Labour Party (LP), candidate, Peter Obi, and his counterpart from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar.

This was as Primate Ayodele declared that the All Progressives Congress (APC), presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, was out of the struggle for the 2023 presidential election.

Speaking with reporters, Ayodele noted that God would decide who becomes the next president of Nigeria.

He stressed that God would not look at any religion or zone in deciding Nigeria’s next president.
