‘We also note the impact of this unfortunate event on family, friends, and acquaintance of Whytney and call for calm as we assure that no effort will be spared in investigating the incident’, the Commissioner stated.

Africa Today News, New York recalls that last year, Chrisland School was in the news for the wrong reasons after the social media space was aghast with many people philosophising, advising, ranting, and feeling pained about the state of morality in the country after the sex tape of two minors at Chrisland High School, Lagos, leaked.

It all started after a woman claimed on social media that her 10-year-old daughter was raped in Dubai during the World School Games that were held on March 10 and 13, 2022. She had said her daughter was drugged and under such an influence that the boys in the room told her to climb on them. However, she claimed to be unaware until the issue went public and sensed the school was trying to cover the case.

The Lagos State Government had gone on to re-arraign an on-air personality, Mr. Uche Igwe, popularly known as Darksam, for allegedly sharing the sex tape video on social media.
