Republican congresswoman Lauren Boebert was walked out of a Denver theater during a performance of Beetlejuice due to allegations of disruptive conduct.
According to an incident report that withheld names, two patrons were escorted out from the venue for complaints of vaping, singing, and disruptive behavior.
Her associates acknowledged the incident but rejected the allegation of vaping.
‘I plead guilty to laughing and singing too loud!,’ Ms Boebert said on Twitter.
The incident report filed by Denver Arts & Venues in Colorado detailed that disruptive behavior during the Sunday night show at the Buell Theatre drew three complaints from fellow attendees.
After receiving an prior warning during intermission, an usher had to approach them again five minutes into the second half, finally asking them to leave due to further complaints about their disruptive behavior and recording of the performance. Keep in mind that taking photos and recording is not allowed.

In the report, one usher said Ms Boebert and her companion ‘told me they would not leave’.
‘I told them I would (be) going to get Denver Police. They said ‘Go get them’.’
Ushers stated that in the lobby area, the congresswoman resisted leaving and said, ‘I will be contacting the mayor’ and ‘Do you know who I am?’

Drew Sexton, the campaign manager for Ms. Boebert, acknowledged that she was escorted out of the downtown Denver theater.
According to Mr. Sexton, Ms. Boebert did not vape during the performance and was unaware of the prohibition on photos.
‘I can confirm the stunning and salacious rumors: in her personal time, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is indeed a supporter of the performing arts (gasp!) and, to the dismay of a select few, enthusiastically enjoyed a weekend performance of Beetlejuice,’ Mr Sexton said in a statement.
He further stated that Ms Boebert respects the theatre’s ‘strict enforcement of their no photos policy and only wishes the Biden administration could uphold our border laws as thoroughly and vigorously’.
Ms. Boebert confirmed on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Tuesday that she didn’t witness the conclusion of the show.
