Senator Shehu Sani who is a former Kaduna Central Senator, has asserted that the same terrorists killing Muslims in Katsina, Borno, and Niger State are the same persons killing Christians in Southern Kaduna, Benue, and Plateau States.
Sani made this assertion in a statement via his verified X handle on Saturday which was sighted by Africa Today News, New York.
According to him, terrorism has no religious affiliation, adding that they are only after their target.
He stated, “The terrorists killing Muslims in Katsina, Zamfara, Borno, Yobe and Niger are the same terrorists killing Christians in Southern Kaduna, Benue and Plateau States; terrorism has no religious preferences.
“They don’t even spare their members who ‘derail.’ It’s either you are with them or you are a target.”

Sani’s comment comes after some terrorists murdered residents of some communities in three Local Government Areas in Plateau State on Christmas eve.
In another report, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the last general elections, Mr. Peter Obi has appealed to Christians to keep praying for the growth and development of the country.
Obi, who spoke when he paid a Christmas visit to an oil mogul, Dr. Michael Onuoha, at his Casa De Gracia country home at Umunakara community, Nwangele Local Government Area of Imo State, on Wednesday, called on Christians not to lose hope in the Nigerian project.
Describing the billionaire oil magnate as his family friend, the former governor of Anambra State explained that his visit was to felicitate with the Onuoha family in the Yuletide season.
Responding, the oil magnate thanked Obi for finding time to visit, stressing that the ex governor’s humility had continued to distinguish him among other Nigerian leaders.
